#FashionSpaceAsks - Marga Mod

1.  Please introduce who you are and what you do in 2 sentences.

I’m Marga Mod a sustainable fashion designer, I reinvent the pieces with picaresque, giving them a simple turn. I’m conscious that we have to leave our young and children a breathable world.

2.  How would you describe your current mood?

I guide my mood towards serenity, I try to do an introspection towards myself, in silence, and therefore towards all that surrounds me.

3.  What effect has Covid 19 had on you and your business?

The effect of the Covid 19 in my profession is of a standstill.

4.  What effect had Covid 19 had on your supply chain (if relevant)?

It doesn’t apply.

5.  What has been the biggest challenge during this period of lockdown?

The challenge of this period is not to fall into pessimism. On the contrary, to “gather strength”.

6.  What have you done during lockdown to innovate?

This period is for listening to the absence of noise and is essential for creativity.

7.  What small act of kindness has someone shown you or that you have shown someone during the lockdown?

The only kindness has been to smile under the face mask and to make them for any collective that needed them.

8.  How do you think this crisis will affect the fashion industry?

The crisis will affect fashion greatly, because the way we were doing it was not working for the planet.

9.  How do you think you will need to do things differently in your business post lock down?

We have to do many things differently in this near future by seeking different results, fairer with everyone, with respect to decent wages, condensation of nature, and trying a slower world.

10. What would you advise our/your followers to keep their spirits up during lockdown?

During this period of forced retreat, we can do infinite different things. Listening to your heart, resting from this running nowhere crazy world. To examine your space, your home and to minimize it.
