So it’s the end of July and there is something in the air that says to me that summer could be here finally’ .. But Hey it’s not all bad .. with the beginning of September just round the corner it means that the shops are going to be putting together some nifty prefall .. collections . I actually love prefall because the pieces out there are watered down versions of designers show stoppers that are on hold for AW21, and that are put out a little later by the boutiques although there is a huge mess up at the moment with seasons, so in fact things might finally change and we might be buying in season YEAH!!!!. So the thing about a trench is that they’re great pieces which can be layered up later for different effects. Of course theyre one of my staples and if you dont have one I suggest you get one quick theyre seasonless . I have been wearing mine through an english summer

Because of its layering possibilities the TRENCH, is great as a prefall piece lighter than all the puffas, faux furs & voluminous coats that are coming later on , but equally can be layered up later with capes and thick jumpers at a drop of a hat when it gets colder.
